Our Chef
Pete Gialias was born on the Greek Island of Chios in
the Aegean Sea and began his cooking career on the Chandris Line of
Ships while in his teens. He immigrated to the United State in l971,
opened his own cafe in North Summit, New Jersey a few years later, and
in 1995 acquired the Clinton House
in Clinton, New Jersey, which he still owns. In April of this past year
he purchased the 350-seat Logan Inn in New Hope, Pennsylvania and
brought his culinary repertoire to the kitchen.
